4.3.5. Every vehicle transporting explosives must be equipped with 2 portable fire extinguishers graded and classified :4-A :40-B :C and complying with the standards in section 3.4.4.
The employer must ensure that the driver is capable of using the fire extinguishers.

4.3.5. Any vehicle transporting explosives shall be equipped with a portable fire extinguisher complying with section 3.4.4 of this Code.
The driver shall have the necessary knowledge concerning the type of fire extinguisher with which the vehicle is equipped and how it is operated.
